Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is Paso at its best. The Tuscan olives are hand-harvested the early morning hours in the late Fall. They are immediately driven 5 miles to Kiler Ridge Olive Farm where they are pressed with minutes after arriving. The unfiltered Olive Oil is then stored in large sterilized Stainless Steel Fustis unlit the sediment has settled.

With aromas of sage, artichoke, tomatoes and freshly cut grass to that finishing peppery bite, a good Tuscan Olive Oil should scratch your throat slighty and Casa Oliva does the trick!
